In addition to thoroughly reading and referencing your stroller’s User Guide, the BOB Gear® team has created some quick-reference safety tips for your everyday use and convenience. We always recommend consulting your User Guide for detailed safety & technical information, and your pediatrician for approval prior to beginning a workout routine with your child. Have fun out there and stay safe!
If your stroller has a Swivel Front Wheel you MUST lock it forward during any type of exercise such as power-walking, jogging, or hiking rough terrain.
This provides greater stability for your stroller and helps prevent the possibility of tipping over.

If the stroller wheels are attached by a Quick Release lever mechanism (similar to a bike wheel), ensure that the QR lever is parallel to the stroller fork, or clamped up.
Things can get caught on the QR lever if it’s locked in the wrong direction, causing instability.
Ensure that the QR lever is clamped up and closed tight prior to every use.
If the QR lever is not closed properly there is a possibility the wheel could come loose.
